Skilled Care
The Skilled Care services offered by Centerville Care and Rehab combine the best
in medical and rehabilitation training with a homey atmosphere and a caring staff. We strive to ensure that all of our residents not only
receive the skilled nursing care they need, but that they also feel like they are part of the "family" atmostphere we work hard at
maintaining in our facility.
Our Skilled Care wing offers a total of 40 beds in double rooms. All rooms are outiftted with a call light system and our nurse's
station is centrally located to ensure quick response to any resident needs.
Our facility also offers a chapel, sun room, beauty shop, laundry facility and large,
homey cafeteria area for group meals. We also have a large outdoor patio area, garden and flower beds as well as a vegetable garden area for those
interested in outdoor activities. In addition, we are located adjacent to a large city park complete with a swimming pool and picnic
facilities. The high school football team practices and plays just outside our windows and a nextdoor daycare center offers integrated activities.
